Mtn *****s data and then denies it!! Also, useless customer service

<p>How is it possible that data just runs out without me even using the phone.??? The background data is off and the only thing I use is Whatsapp. Yet losing data, up to 300 MB per day. This started happening last week after someone called me from MTN asking if I wanted to purchase extra data and I said no. Because I used to get by with 500mb per month and now not even 2gb lasts a month. The only conclusion is that MTN is *****ing data from its customers. Also, the call center is of no use whatsoever. I upgraded this contract in Dec last year and if you want me to continue paying for it, you'd better sort out this issue right now!
