Sunday night I bought 2GB of data I then downloaded 2 videos and my data was depleted fine, I then bought another 2GB 20 minutes later and a minute later before I could do anything I received an SMS from MTN saying I had used 50% of my data, how did I use 1GB of data in a minute when I wasn't even doing anything on the phone or the internet. I have sent numerous messages to their Twitter account but they have now decided to ignore me when I show them the evidence

04 May 2020, 08:51I gave you all the details on Twitter why do you want them again? You cannot explain what happened, I need my data back that's it. What do you mean when you say there were no anomalies, so a full 1GB of data is used upon recharge? This has not happened since so that night why
