MTN *****S DATA!!!
We pay MTN for 5GB data, I only receive 3GB data. I've spent 30 minutes with Customer Care to try and resolve the matter. Problem not resolved, spent an hour on the phone with customer care the second time, still not resolved. Spent 10 minutes on the phone now with customer care, still no joy. Management is not available. They ***** from customers, but hide and dont respond on queries. I dont receive feedback or SERVICE from customer service. I've been an MTN customer for 25 years. This is how they treat us!!! Please, dont use MTN as a service provider as you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
