Mtn *****s Data!!!!!!!

Mtn *****s data!!!!! On Thursday the 29th of November I bought a 1 day data recharge on line at 23h57 as my data had conveniently run out and I urgently needed to complete a download. I got a confirmation email from MTN that they had received the money BUT no SMS to my phone to say that the data was loaded. I contacted the mtn prepaid customer care line the next day as I had never got the data to hear a message that they were experiencing technical difficulty so I waited till this evening to contact the call centre again same message but decided to talk to a "MTN CHAMPION" who advised me that even because I bought the bundle at 24h57 the day ended 3 min later!!!!!!! I have never heard something so rediculus in my life!!!!!! Last I heard a day lasts 24 hours not 3 minutes!!!!! Its only R50 but if you rip enough customers off like this I am sure to will make enough money too satisfy your greed. MTN is already under investigation in South Africa and guilty in Nigeria. Wish a honest and client friendly network would be available in South Africa!!!!!!
