MTN *****s consumer minutes

On my MTN contract every month in the past I have had considerable number of minutes unused at the end of each month, previously carried forward to the next month. Each month my account is credited with 200 minutes on 14th of the month. Yesterday I had a balance of 350 minutes. Today my account was credited with 200 minutes. But instead of now having a total of 550 minutes, I only have 400 minutes. This failure to carry over my full balance from last month has happened repeatedly over the past few months. Upon inquiry I was told that this is because my outstanding balance only lasts for 2 months. In fact my outstanding balance was less than two months. I have reason to believe that it is pure theft on MTN's part, under the guise of exceeding 2 months.

Please be advised that MTN revised its pricing and package structures which included changes in the carry over rule of minutes, data. The carry-over has changed from 5 times carryover of unused inclusive Airtime to 2 times carryover of unused inclusive Airtime/minutes.
