Mtn *****s again
<p>I can't believe how many cases of ***** I have come against on this site where people have been de*****ed by MTN. I am also a victim of ***** where MTN keeps on debiting my Nedbank account and I do not even have any connections with MTN at all. Luckily Nedbank understands and is kind enough to return these however Nedbank advised that this needs to be cancelled at MTN. How frustrating to deal with MTN as no one is helpful and advised that I need to get either the cellphone nr or ID Nr.. Helooooo! I did not sign any contracts with you and have never had any relations with MTN. Now how would I have these information. The more I look at these it is internal ***** and no one is interested in helping us. I certainly can't trust MTN after what has happened as well as the customer care experienced.</p>
