MTN *****ing your money

I have been struggling for months trying to cancel my wifi contract with MTN. I emailed then close to 50 times to cancel my contract, and finally I got 2 emails in May to say my contract has been canceled. I actually cancelled my debit order because I knew they were going to deduct the monthly payment. And they did, so at the moment they are *****ing my money as I do not have a contract with them. I would like to know how they got to deduct the money when I already cancelled the debit order. Please do not get a contract with them as 1. You can never get through to their customers service department 2. It takes you months to cancel your contract 3. When you do cancel your contract you still pay for it. I wil never ever get a contract or even a pre paid sim card from MTN again. The stress they put you through is terrible.
