MTN *****ing unused airtime on contract upgrade
Upgraded my contract and still had airtime of R600.00 odd. On new contract anytime minutes are allocated. MTN have told me that airtime will expire after 80 days BUT they use the anytime minutes FIRST before you can use your carried over airtime. This is as good as *****ing if you do not make enough calls to use up all your anytime minutes. Also means that I cannot carryover any anytime minutes unless I want to forfeit my airtime. According to their helpdesk this is company policy. Shame on you MTN - don't you make enough money out of your customers that you must ***** their saved airtime!
