MTN *****ing unauthorised airtime
Good day
MTN is deducting R11.00 per week for airtime advance even though i did not take any advance. I then called the contact center and was told that I was not the only one and this matter would be escalated as there are lots of people affected by this. The consultant also told me that the matter will be corrected in 24 hours.
1 month later this matter is not corrected and another 5 x R11.00 has been deducted.
The mtn walk in service centers dont help at all.
All in all, MTN is useless

We cannot pick up any additional deduction for airtime in advanced on the MTN package Made for me M as per our billing this package will not allowed for this service to be activated this service is only for prepaid clients.
