MTN *****ing Prepaid Money

I've recharged twice with MTN and they have halved my amount loaded onto my phone. When you call the call center you only get a recording and when you call head office in Fairlands it tells you the number does not exist??? Are they intentionally *****ing money from clients using Covid as a cover???
