MTN *****ING MY MONEY AGAIN

About 4c is consistently taken off my balance every month and now I suppose because they think I haven't noticed, an amount of R4.95 on top of that has been taken off without my having used the phone.

MTN rep**** saying that they want my ID number. Why I don’t know. The fact is that the money has been taken off this prepaid amount for this number. I still want to know where this money has gone. This is not the first issue I have had with MTN regarding money disappearing.
