MTN *****ing my money

My upgrade was done and I do payments on a monthly basis without missing a payment, then suddenly today i get an SMS saying that my services was suspended. My monthly account went from R 299 to R 499? Not sure Why? then trying to call then to get this resolved i do not get any answer.
