MTN *****ing my money.

*** This is the 18th reference number given by MTN and all the people that promise to investigate and come back to me. MTN is debiting my account with payments we did not agree on. The sad part is 30days later another incorrect amount debited my account while they still investigating the 1st debit order that went through. You are my last hope as they know I have to be refunded but they do not know who has to do it.
