MTN *****ing my money

This is now the 3rd month in a row that MTN have debited my account for more than double my contract amount. I have been into the MTN store and the assistant said it would be all sorted and reflect the correct debit amount.

I have now paid R462-50 x 3 = R1387.5 The contract amount for which I agreed and signed was R201 meaning that I am in credit for R784.50 with someone like myself on a budget in today's economy this is not acceptable from a large corporation such as MTN.

MTN sort your **** out ASAP.
