MTN *****ing my money!

After a dispute with MTN regardin data usage on my internet ****le, the ****le has never been used. Today they deduct nearle R8000.00 from my husband's account for data been used. How the hell can the data have been used if the ****le was locked away and not even used once since May! And now the whole drama starts again to get an itimized billing to proof that it was not used. In the meantime our bills can not be paid due to them *****ing our money. What process can we follow to get our money back? Where do we go? This is absolute nonsens!
