Mtn *****ing my data

We signed up with mtn for a wifi deal in the past 23 months and it's been a jol for the past 22, but since last month, when I check my data balance, I found that for that particular day, we had supposedly used over 10 gb and that we're about to run out, in January, this happened while my wife was at work and myself at school (ufs), I assumed somebody must have hacked us and simply changed passwords and awaited a top up. On Sunday, I was out working on my car while my wife did her laundry, an sms came in saying we've used more than 80% of our data, I quickly Che ked our balance and it was a little over 3 gb, I then noticed that there was no other device connected besides mine and my wife's, I emailed them asking what was going on and they requested info proving they were conversing with the right person as per normal which I sent to them but until now, there's been no communication after that. I researched them and found that they used to ***** people's data, please help me get my data back for both months... Nxa
