MTN *****ing money with incorrect billing

Billing incorrect after upgrade. Supposed to be paying R329 but being billed R1209. MTN does not seem very interested in resolving this issue although it has been reported over a month ago. During COVID times communication is vital and now my line has been suspended whilst the issue is being addressed, very slowly at that!
