MTN *****ING MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT
MTN are taking an extra R1000 a month off my account and there is nothing I can do about it, it's now up to R4000. Numerous calls, emails, reference numbers and nothing gets done. It's *****. I have fighting this since January. Please is there anybody out there that can help me???

13 Apr 2021, 19:21MTN are *****ing money from me, every month MTN deduct an extra R1000 off my bank account. They now owe me R4000. I'm at my wits end, I have done everything in my power to communicate with them and all I get are reference numbers. Emailed, phoned, been into the store, get told its sorted and they just keep taking my money. If I cancel my debit order they will block me. They say I didn't renew my Black Friday contract so I have to pay for the data in full, it's no longer on promotion. I did renew my contract on 14 December. I have the contract to prove it, I have sms's emails etc. MTN never loaded the new contract their pathetic service, not my fault. I upgraded again to avoid being charged a further R1000, this month and they took another R1000 ???? ???? ???? they say they will not refund my money even after showing all the proof. Is there anybody out there who can help me or give me a contact number ????????????????????
