MTN *****ing money from my account

Hello ******* (MTN)

I am furious with MTN. my contract with them ended in June 2021, till today MTN is still deducting. Mind you i sent a cancelation email, no one bothered to come back to me. MTN have turned my bank account into a play ground. I don't understand how come a big company like them failing to have controls in place to determine which contracts are active and which ones ended.

I have sent countless emails requesting a cancelation, still no one came back to me. I want all the money you have deducted ********ly, ********ly because i didn't authorize those deductions.

MTN please hands of my bank account, i am now paying 2 contracts because of you, nxa.
