MTN *****ing money from customers

MTN is a the most pathetic company with regards to customer care This is my second horrible experience with them They only seem to bother with the customers unless you post something on social media My mom who is a pensioner was literally ****** by MTN in August and she has been struggling to get anyone to assist her since then I have been trying to help her but l, like I said nobody cares They just ***** your money and move along Renal Chetty who supposed to be the complaints manager just ignores all emails sent to her The so called customer care managers are not even qualified to be in those jobs MTN is the worst cellphone company and as soon as our contracts expire we are all moving
