MTN *****ing money

MTN people are *********** to resolve my contract problem, every time when I phone they say it wil be right in 12 days or they are busy. They are useless. For 5 months they *****ing my money. When I upgrade my contract I took a data booster bundle and I am paying for it, till today I haven't received that booster bundle. They are so *********** they can't add my booster bundle.
