MTN *****ing money

Hi,

Worst service received from MTN, I have called in to cancel my contract in November and was advised my contract will be cancelled on the 24/11/2020 and last debit order would be end of November of R299 which is my normal subs but to my surprise I received a debit order of R1299 at the end of December. Went instore to query this and found out my cancellation request in still open from November.

I wonder how many other clients are getting ripped of with such huge amounts been debited.

I want a full refund on my R1299 into my bank account as I am not liable to pay this for someone else's incompetency and someone who did not do their work properly, also id like my contract to be cancelled as per request in November already.
