MTN *****ing money

From about a week ago, I have been noticing that some if not all of my airtime was missing.

I recently contacted MTN Customer Service and spoke to a female consultant by the name of Nobuhle Mchunu. I explained my situation and she gave me some bull**** story and told me that I wouldn't be getting my money back (over a R100, mind you). I insisted to speak to her superior whom she had said to me, was the one who said that I wouldn't get my money back.

Team leader, Jardache came and advised me that the system shows that I was billed incorrectly but could not refund as he too was given instructions not to. He could not refer me to someone who had authority and promised to call me back and never did. This was their CCI Centre. I had to call again and speak to someone from a different centre and I was given my airtime back (well some of it).

The problem occurred again and again I called 173 to enquire, I was promised a call back but until now, nothing. MTN has been taking my airtime, they can see that on their system but continue to give me the runaround when it comes to giving me my money back.

I was contacted by one if MTN's supervisors and after investigations, I was refunded the airtime that was deducted. However, the problem is still not solved. Yesterday, I purchased the same bundle and at exactly 6am I received an SMS saying that I had qualified for Bonus Airtime. I thought that I had depleted the bundle and went on to my airtime so this morning I made sure that I left about 300MB of data of the same bundle, stopped what I was doing before 6am and guess what, SMS came through again and ALL my airtime was gone and I had received Bonus Airtime.
