MTN *****ing Money
I have logged several complaints, sent emails, tried to call and nobody has assisted me! MTN has taken money off of my account for 3 months after my contract has expired. I gave them 2 months notice, as requested, to cancel my contract yet they still debited my account for 3 months. They have finally converted the number to prepaid but lets see if they still debit my account. I still need to be refunded for the 3 months that was incorrectly debited. I expect this to be sorted as it is now 4 months later and nothing has happened!!!!! I expect to get a call or at least an email after this to sort this out or even just a correct process of sorting this out. MTN is absolutely useless!!!

11 Nov 2015, 09:25Hello wesley777,
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We can confirm that the prepaid migration was done late, hence you were invoiced additionally. The contract has since been migrated to prepaid and we've now requested our Billing Department to credit the additional invoices (R49.00 x 3 months).
Once the credits reflect on the account, can we then request our Banking Department to do the refund into your FNB account.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Regards
Tim
