MTN *****ing from their customers
The feedback received from MTN is totally unacceptable and I will take what ever measures necessary to resolve this issue. MTN cannot treat customers in this manner. I have asked for proof of how the amounts were derived in terms of charges and was assured many weeks ago that proof would be provided. I have received no proof and therefore MTN cannot simply debit my account without responding to my requests. I have been told by many unhappy MTN customers that MTN is over charging on data. I consider this a ******** act of theft!

21 Jul 2015, 13:03Hello Marcocds,
Thank you for your post, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
Upon investigating your account i have noted that your contract has an inclusive 2G data. As an example in the month of June you had used 4.20650 Gigs of data hence the high charges. The matter has however been escalated to the Billing team for further investigation and to contact you directly with feedback and a way forward. Kindly note your reference number is *** and REQ: ***.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards
Yahya
