I called on 06/01/2022 for assistance as to get my airtime back, helped by Nondumiso Shangase who told me to wait for 3-7 days but she's not promising me for any reimbur*****t. Of which I fail to understand cause I've never subscribed for anything from MTN but my R15 was taken in less than 2 hours. I want my airtime back please ,stop *****ing from people.
