MTN *****ing from me

I have never received service this bad. I signed up for my first contract after my dad has been paying for mine. MTN was very efficient in sending the phone but that's where it has ended. I have not once (since Jan) received my data. I fought over countless emails with some support agent telling me they did send the data even though I explained countless times that this was from an old contract. SHe kept on telling me I am wrong without actually trying to assist, then blatantly ignored me and now no one responds to customer service mails. I signed a contract, I pay every month therefore I've held my end up but MTN are ********ly enriching themselves by taking my money and not rendering the agreed-upon service. Pathetic.
