MTN *****ing from me

Extremely bad service. And *******. I made payment using their online portal and paid online using my card but they claim I cant use that method and need to eft but neither can they refund me the payment I made with my credit card. Why do they have the pay bill functionality online if it doesnt pay them or what is happening. Call center is too useless to provide information and they dont know what to look for.
