I dont understand what is taking so long for MTN to call me back and let me know what is the outcome?

19 Jul 2019, 04:34Thats the point!!! How can it not affect the package!!! I am paying now more than what i should for the phone!! So because MTN sold me a phone that was not the way they described and they changed it for another phone that is cheaper now i have to suffer and pay the same price for a cheaper phone. Please tell me how does that make sense???
