Mtn *****ing from its customers

I have recently signed a phone contract with mtn charged at R299 per month. I noticed last month that they took R497 from my bank account. Upon inquiry, their customer service informed me that this amount is for insurance that I apparently recently added to my account. I have in fact never authorized or approved any insurance whatsoever. It is ******* for mtn to charge me for something that I did not give legal consent for. I urge everyone to please check their debit orders every month and to make sure mtn is not charging them for something they did not approve.
