MTN *****ING FROM CUSTOMERS.
I'm a loyal MTN customer. I have a prepaid number and a monthly contract. MTN believes its legal to take your money without asking. They have some sort of **** under the guise of subscriptions that I'm sure no one signs up for. I use my contract number for business calls, so when my minutes are done, I simply purchase airtime in order to get a voice bundle. So when I buy R200 airtime which is needed for the bundle purchase, I cannot purchase the bundle because R100 is missing. I have spoken to call centre agents and they say that MTN automatically signs you up to these ridiculous subscriptions at up to R15 a day. I don't gamble and I'm not a gamer, I've never signed up to anything or authorised them to do so on my behalf. I am losing thousands on a yearly basis and MTN are not prepared to refund me the money that they have ****** from a LOYAL CUSTOMER. If anyone else out there is experiencing this, please contact me and let's help each other take court action against these *********. This is a white collar crime. What would happen is I just took R15 a day from everyone I know without their consent, I would end up charged, in prison or possibly ordered to pay back the ****** money. If someone out there has any legal background and understands consumer law, please let me know because I can't let this go. My email address is ***. I would like help for myself and for this ********* business practice stop immediately. I hope what I've said is clearly understood by everyone. Thank you in advance.
