MTN *****ing from clients

MTN has been debiting clients for 25 months on 24 month contracts the client has signed up for. I was debited and no data was allocated to my number. A screenshot sent on email to *** on 26th October 2021 showing them no data was allocated even though they debited me for the 25th month (which they weren't supposed to) was completely ignored by agent Thato Mosenyi and to date no one has called me even after an escalation.

I requested statements from MTN which they failed to provide.

I had this same issue with a previous contract from MTN.

I will never use MTN's services again nor recommend anyone to take up contracts with MTN. They are *****ing from clients!
