MTN *****ING

I have been Struggling with MTN for about 4 months now, they are *****ing money out of my account. I am in a process with them, so they put me on so I can EFT correct amount, because they are to *********** to do a correct debit order. So I wasn't suppose to have a debit order go of from them, but it did anyway, and it was the incorrect amount again!!!

Why are they *****ing and *****ing, and not fixing their problem?
