MTN *****ing Data
<p>I have a wifi ****le from MTN which i have not used in the last 3 months. This meant that when i started using it this morning i should have had 15GB as I receive 5 a month.</p> <p>Upon checking my balance now, I have 100MB. The lies from the call centre is that i have used 10GB throughout today which is far and wide from what could have been and regarding the othet 5GB, the agent said they do no tknow where it is. Why don't you just ***** from me? Why call it a debit order when the service I are paying for is not being provided.</p> <p>This service provider is becoming disgusting to be associated with. I knew the agnet was lying about my usuage as soon as he could not explain where the other 5GB is. If it wasn't for this stupid contract I'm in I would move this cotract as fast as flash.</p>

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that according to our records you have used a total of 10GB. Regarding the 5GB, please be advised that our Data Bundle Carry over rule states that your unused data bundle expires in 30days. This means that you cannot carry over the data bundle for 3 months, everymonth when the new data bundle gets loaded you lose the unused balance. Your bundle carried over to the next month making it last for 60days even though it was meant to expire in 30days as per our Business rules.
