MTN *****ing airtime from their customers

After trying to make a call I notice that I don't have airtime left in my phone after all I knew I loaded airtime as I do almost everyday.

Just to add: this wasn't the first time something like this has happen, they always say it's because you have a smart phone but this time I had data left on my phone - so MTN what happened to my money!!!!

I contacted 173 the first lady said I subscribe to a “dating site” now who on earth subscribe now days to dating sites (lame excuse) she told me that she can give me their contact details and I should take it up with them. I dropped the phone from anger less than a min later I contacted MTN again on 173 the second person advised that they have cancelled it and I asked for those number to contact those people as I think this is wrong from MTN to allow this type of things to take place. If this is not ***** then I don’t know because I never subscribe to any sites nor on top of it dating sites but who am I and with what proof do I have to prove my story as MTN don’t listen to their customers but clearly say there is nothing they can do about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from being such a good customer and now for MTN to allow people to take my monies what ever is left as a balance I think MTN should close their doors now. I will surely do a sim swap by keeping my number MTN and just go over to someone who is not *****ing from me. We always hear it is not MTN – but I am an MTN client and you are allowing people to take from me. Once again close your doors and go out of business!!!!!!
