MTN *****ing airtime

The below has now been outstanding since late December it telates to the “buckets” that calls are subtracted from. MY package has “Anytime Minutes” and “MTN to MTN” minutes, when I call my wife( her number is with MTN and even on the same account as mine) the minutes gets deducted from the “Anytime Minutes” every time I call the call centre I speak to a different agent and they all say that they have logged numerous requests from different client to get this resolved, and yet there is no resolution.

I have been with MTN from many years and pay my account on time, but it is starting to feel like MTN can not deliver on their promises or products.
