MTN ***** R99-00 from me every month

MTN, from nowhere, changed my contract on data, Acc n*** to something that only they understand, as I can do nothing with it, yet I pay R99-00 p/m for it. On 29 April 2020 is was made to understand by e-mail from Abongile Nobinda MTN SA , Reference Number: *** , that the matter is "Kindly be advised that your query has been escalated to our Retentions Department for assistance." But I am also welcome to contact them on 135 to cancel this again and again and agan!!! WHY CAN I NOT GET RID OF YOU!!!. You keep *****ing every month from me, I am about to open a case of ***** against you at SAPS!!!
