MTN - ***** MONEY AND PHONES!
<p>Speechless on how you can send a phone in for repairs in October 2016 and still be waiting for the phone in May 2017. My phone was sent in for repairs a second time after they sent the phone back with a cracked the screen which they where responsible to replace!!!!!!!</p> <p>They do not follow up with customers or revert back us. I have been fighting for weeks now to get my phone back to no avail. </p> <p>Horribly disgusted in the way you treat your contract customers who have been loyal for years. </p> <p>I have now, after being desperate contacted the repair centre who has informed me that the phone has been sold back to the manufacturer – and I am still paying the contract!!! </p>
