MTN ***** from customers

I have a cell phone contract with MYN where I receive data and free minutes on the 27 of every month. On the 27 th of September I did not receive my minutes. I have logged a call three times already and nothing has been resolved. I am not impressed. I pay my contract on time. It’s the 12 of the month and nothing has been resolved. This is *****ing from your customers. You should be ashamed. I’m almost certain that if I don’t pay my bill MTN would be very quick to hand me over. NOT IMPRESSED
