MTN ***** for 11 months and credit for 6, i want a refund.

took put a contract in october 2019 at MTN musgrave for R299, since january 2020 i have been debited extra for R499 per month. been visiting MTN musgrave a few times over the course of year to query why i am being billed extra, they said yes something is not right, and they will check it up, a whole lot of stalling bull**** to be honest, when i requested the contract to take legal action as no effort was made then i noticed that i was using a recycled number and that the previous owners contract was still tied to the number and i was getting debited for it.

was told they will resolve it and refund me for the months of extra debit, this morning i get a statement on email from MTN, i check the statement, thankfully the extra amount has been removed, the statement also shows a credit on my MTN account for 6 months of extra billing. NOW this is the real ****ing bull**** part. not only is it not a REFUND into my BANK ACCOUNT, its a damn credit on MTN account, that too, for LESS than the amount it needs to be, ****ing 5 months short!!!!! i really hope by putting this up here i get some damn action on this thing. what i want is what is due to me and what was ****** from me! which is 11 months of R499 in my bank account where it was taken from in the first place!!
