MTN - Stay away - useless

What a bunch of idiots. 2 weeks of trying to solve an easy to solve problem but way beyond the intelligence of any MTN customer service agent. I cant scream it enough. Stay away from MTN. And should an agent try calling me. Make sure its one with something between their ears.
