MTN! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! ********!
******S! ********! PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY! I upgraded recently24 nov 18, after hearing all about black friday specials. All good and well but until i realized that i was never I given My once off 20gb valid only for month data just for upgrading beside my monthly data. I thought maybe its because i upgraded after my monthly data date gets loaded, but it started bothering me so i called in on 17 Dec 2018 i spoke to a lady called Masamangele and i asked her why i wasn't give the 20gig? and if she could see if MTN gave it or not and she stated that everything she can see on there system but nothing regards to 20gb i was supposed to get because i wanted to know if i got it how much is left then, and she could assist. So a query was logged ref:1- ********** 7066 within a day...I come back from work noticed miss calls on my tablet also sms that my query as been resolved without them giving me feedback. I could find time to call and ask what the result was but i thought seeing that I'm going in to pay my account i will ask the consultant what she on the system. She stated that she don't see anything regards to the free 20gb. So today i called in spoke to sinenhlanhla and i asked her she stated that the query results was that i was granted the 20gb apparently on the 25th Nov which I didn't agree with so i asked to speak to managar Sibongeziwe and he said the same i askedd him how? as i never got a msg that i was given my once 20gb like my last upgrade when i got 30gb and even on the mtn app i could see anything. So he was forcing me basically just to accept that he's telling that i did get it. So i asked him why couldn't i see it on the app or when i checked my balance when it was still valid? and the new law stated that a client should be notified of any usage that is about to expire that is unused. "Counselor Botlenyana Mokhele, that led the proceedings said that consumers must be updated about data depletion at 80%, 90% and 100%." Icasa stressed that these new regulations will block operators from charging out-of-bundle (OOB) tariffs without subscriber consent." AND I HAD NUN WHAT SO EVER! NOW I BEING TOLD TO GO CHECK MY USAGE OF LAST MONTH BY ****Y SUPERVISOR OR INCOMPEDENT MANAGER! I DIDN'T GET MY PROMO DATA, bunch of *****S! I'm due for another upgrade, I THINK, NO THANKS!
