Mtn - stay away from them

Please refrain from dealing with MTN.

I've been a client for many years now & they're reaching lower lows at present. I've decided to cancel my contract July 2022 due to years of pathetic customer service. After struggling for 4 hours to get this done, I'm finally on Pay as You Go.

Since July they still deduct money from my account every month. I've sent sms's, tried the Whatsapp function (doesn't work) I've lodged complaints, I've sent emails and also contacted my personal agent at mtn directly to query & stop these deductions. It's now September & nobody is interested in resolving this.

This is theft. Stay far away.
