MTN staff swearing customers, WORST SERVICE EVER!

MTN Potchefstroom Mooiriver Mall has the WORST customer service I ever dealt with!! Unwilling to assist while on her phone...swearing at customers?? How do you still have a job?? Close down the branch PLEASE!!!
