MTN STAFF MS NOMPUMELELO LACKS TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.SIES!!!!!

Utterly disgusted with the attitude and non existent of telephone etiquette from a lady named Nompumelelo working at the MTN Call Centre. I just called in this morning to be assisted with blacklisting of a device which was ****** during a hijacking last night. This Nompumelelo woman was so rude and lacked patient skills. She kept telling me that my IMEI NUMBER is incorrect when I have read it out more than 3 times to her. She later asked me to read it out and as I did she told me the last 6 digits were incorrect. When I told her its impossible because I am reading from what I see is on the box she told me ''THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE HERE, IF HER SYSTEM CANT PICK IT UP SO WHAT?'' She was so quick to send me to the shops to rectify the IMEI NUMBER while shouting at the top of her voice and not allowing me to speak and explain what I am seeing. Her voice was so loud and she definitely has a PHD in back chatting skills. MTN needs to award her on that!! After I had told her that the device was ****** during a hijacking last night, Nompumelelo should've at least showed remorse and understanding. I called again and was transferred to a gentleman named Kenneth. I DID NOT have to repeat myself 100 times for him to hear my IMEI NUMBER. The gentleman didn't even hesitate and to my surprise he managed to assisted me and our conversation went smooth. So my question is.... Why did this rude Nompumelelo not be able to get this all right? Why was she quick to dismiss my call and send me to the nearest shop? I will never recommend MTN to any of my family and friends since MTN goes around to hire people who don't take their jobs seriously. Good luck in losing out on clients because of such people you hire. SIES!!!
