mtn staff is useless

Ive been struggling to get my payments allocated from Mtn. It is been 7 months now, that I had to make an Eft payment for Mtn because I changed banks. Mtn gave me the wrong Ref nr. On the 26/06/2020 and 24/07/2020 I paid eft with the wrong ref.nr. Mtn keep on switching off my contracts. Even though I speak to them about on a daily basis and emailing them the proof of payments. I have spoken to so many agents at Mtn. I even called the Accounts dept of Mtn but still no help. My phone is essential. I work standby and I drive far to work and back. December 2020 Mtn debit my bank account but now they cant seem to find the payment. Even after I send them the proof. My contracts are switched off again today 27/01/2021.
