MTN staff is not able to do simple tasks.

For months and with a list of reference numbers we have been trying to change a contract to prepaid. We get a reference number and then then the next month it’s not done. Its been going on for months. Debit order gets deducted. Why can’t you do a simple thing!!!! Why do you say you have done it then it’s not done the next month and again debited. You are cheats and lairs. Useless bunch of people working there. Come on guys.
