Mtn staff incompetence

Disgusting customer service 😒 Staff is totally *********** and nobody is ever willing to help. Staff is always lying. Every month I have a problem with MTN when I didnt miss any payments at all I get blocked I even had to change from debit order to cash yet I'm still having problems. They didn't pick up my payment in April and it's already June!!! I sent proof of payment and it still hasn't cleared off ny account!!! It's the 5th time in the space of a month that I get blocked!!!
