Mtn staff incompetence

I would like to share that MTN staff is vet *********** they just cannot figure things out I have had an issue with them for 2 months on a router that doesn’t work but they keep saying they restarted it. I want to return it but no one is bothered to assist me. I also have my cellphone contract with them been paying the same amount for 18 or 19 months and suddenly November they amount doubled when my previous payment was made so I am definitely not in areas. Trying to call their call centre I will be holding for and hour for the call to be answered and then be transferred from one person that doesn’t know what they doing to the next who doesn’t know what happened.

I am so done with this MTN been on this network for over 20 years never had such issues. I think the criteria for getting the job is being lazy and a grade 1 level education.
