MTN staff doing what they want

I have just spend 30 min on a call trying to get a new contract phone, a specific phone I already researched, Within my budget, only to get told I will be getting a different phone at R120 MORE than my budget. I have not even agreed on the contract yet and the lady on the other side already confirmed the contract and the phone. I am highly ****ed at that.
